The Waitaki Biosciences manufacturing plant is one of only a handful of multi-licensed meat, marine and shellfish processing facitliteis in New Zealand.  This purpose built factory operates a New Zealand Food Safety Authority (NZFSA) registered Risk Mangement Programme (RMP) and complies with EU, USA and other market access regulations for the manufacture of human food grade ingredients.
